Marshmallows plus cake? Count me in! This lucky charms cake is the perfect dessert for St. Pattie’s day or anytime you are craving something sweet! It’s honestly super easy to make and tastes amazing. Something about those crunchy marshmallows! Speaking of marshmallows, I felt like all of my childhood dreams were coming true eating this cake. I remember totally wishing they would make a cereal with just the candy part! Adulting may mean eating sugary cereal isn’t something I get to do all the time, but that’s why we have holidays my friends! This cake is a show stopper full of color and flavor! Your friends and family will love it! I’m so excited to share with you how to make this recipe!
All you will need is a couple of boxes of cake mix, frosting, and some lucky charms marshmallows and you are all set for St. Patties day!

Ingredients
- 1 family sized box of lucky charms (or two boxes of regular sized boxes)
- 2 boxes vanilla cake mix
- 2 cans white frosting
Instructions
- Separate the marshmallows from the cereal.
- Mix cake batter as directed. Coat three 9in cake pans with nonstick spray. Pour cake batter into the cake pans. Bake as directed.
- After the cakes are done baking let them cool. Then remove the cake from the pans.
- Place one cake on a plate and frost the top. Stack the second cake on top of the first one and frost. Repeat with the third cake then frost the sides of the cake.
- Decorate the cake with marshmallows and serve!
