Noodle Stick Recipes
Noodles are one of the most popular processed foods in Southeast Asia. Not only in Indonesia alone, the whole world also likes food which is actually rooted in Chinese cuisine. In addition, noodles can also be served with fried or boiled, different flavors that make anyone will like.
1. How to Make Special Fried Lidi Noodles
Ingredients for making fried stick noodles:
½ pack of stick noodles
Sausage, cut into pieces
Boiled chicken (diced)
2 red chili (sliced slices)
2 orange leaves (finely sliced)
1 stalk of sliced leeks
2 tablespoons of oil to saute
3 tablespoons thick coconut milk
Smooth spices to make fried stick noodles:
3 cayenne pepper
7 red chilies (if not too hot, the chili can be reduced)
Pepper to taste
5 shallots
3 garlic
1 cm Turmeric
Lemongrass (just take the white contents)
Dry shrimp / ebi
Shrimp paste
Sugar
Salt
How to make fried stick noodles:
1. Boil sticky noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes / until soft, then don't forget to give 1 tablespoon of oil so the noodles are not sticky.
2. Then stir until evenly distributed, after that drain the noodles and flush using cold water.
3. Saute the spices until fragrant / fragrant.
4. Add the chives with orange leaves and sliced chili.
5. Then put the chicken, sausage and stick noodles that have been boiled before, then stir until evenly distributed.
6. Add the thick coconut milk, then stir until it is slightly dry.
7. After you feel cooked, remove and serve.
