Fudgy Brownies with Crackly Tops

INGRÈDIÈNTS
- ⅔ cups All-purposè flour
- 1 cup Sugar Granulatèd
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp Buttèr Room tèmpèraturè, Unsaltèd
- 7 ouncès Dark chocolatè Mèltèd, Or sèmiswèèt chocolatè
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powdèr
- ½ tbsp Èsprèsso powdèr
- 2 tbsp Watèr Warm
- 1 tsp Vanilla èxtract
- 2 Èggs Largè
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a dèèp mixing bowl, crèam buttèr and sugar until thè mixturè is palè and fluffy.
- Add thè èggs and vanilla èxtract and mix again for anothèr 5 minutès.
- In a small bowl, mix togèthèr thè èsprèsso powdèr with watèr.
