Peanut Butter Bomb Cake

I compassion minor butter.  Ok act, I should explain that.  I like tiddler butter in sweets.  Groundnut butter cookies, peanut butter icing, groundnut butter bars, and of instruction, fry butter cake. Singular situation is, I don't rattling eat often minor butter surface of that object for the irregular child butter and herb.


But I compassion peanut butter in sweets. And in this bar, it makes the dish so moist and yummy.

Candidly, the bar is so hot all by itself. The ice is right a bonus!


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter divided use
  • 1 tub chocolate frosting
  • 5-6 Nutter Butter cookies crushed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine cake with with water, oil, eggs and 1 cup of peanut butter.
  4. Stir until combined well.
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for about 23-28 minutes.
  6. A toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake should come out clean when cake is done.
  7. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.
  8. Then in a medium bowl, combine chocolate frosting with leftover (1/4 cup) peanut butter.
  9. Stir until combined.
  10. Spread frosting onto cooled cake.
  11. Place 4 or 5 cookies (more if you like lots of cookies) into a ziploc bag. And crush the cookies using a heavy object like a rolling pin.
  12. Sprinkle crushed cookies onto cake.
  13. Slice and serve.
